Jury Duty Day

Tuesday, April 17th I had Jury Duty, what fun!!! I got called to serve and when I went in the courtroom and talked to the Judge. Thank God I didn't have to be on that panel... lets just say I got dismissed. I still had to go back to the assembly room. Jury duty wasn't THAT bad, I was entertained and I met some people. The funny thing is that a friend of mine's mom was on duty herself. I ate lunch with her at The Penguin and it was a 2 hour lunch break. YAY, can't wait til next time.......psyche!!!

Finally Registered

Yesterday, Lora and I went to Babies r Us to register for me. My baby shower is set to be June 3rd so I needed to get in gear. It was a lot of fun but at the same time very overwhelming. Lora seemed to have a blast (like a lil kid in a candy store). I'm glad she came with me b/c I didn't know what I was doing and she has a 1 yr old so things are still fresh in her mind of what works and what not works. Annika's cousin Madison

This is Madison Grace McCarty (my cute niece). My Dad is in the background, AKA Pee Paw. Madison understands that her "cool" Aunt Meagan has a baby in her belly, so Madison thinks she has a baby too. She said to me on Easter Eve, " My baby moved to, feel it." Of course, I looked at my sister and bro in law and we all raised eyebrows. Anyway, she's a ton of fun and I can't wait to have my daughter.

Moving along

Okay, here's the deal.. I've let too many weeks go by without any posts. Some of you guys already know my adventures with my pregnancy. To move things along...
1) baby Annika does NOT have spina bifida ( YAY ) after a long journey to get that answer
2) she does NOT have cystic fibrosis (I'm a carrier, Mike is not)
3) was in hospital Feb.21 for a couple of things
4) still get sick from time to time (I'm maintaining)
5) placenta seems to be good YAY again!!!!
6) Annika's heartbeat 146-160 GOOD TIMES!!!!
7) she kicks/punches me

That's all I can do for now.
I have some pics to put up, but this was taken on Easter and I'm 6 months
